Missing blue numbers are 7 and 5.

Missing yellow numbers are 8, 4 and 2.

Green numbers and blue plus yellow.

A fifth row of children would have numbers 5, 9, 10, 19.

 

This problem could be done practically in the classroom relatively easily with children holding small whiteboards for example. It is a good introduction to spreadsheet use and will give pupils experience of looking for number patterns.
