Cut out the 16 cards and distribute them randomly amongst a group of four people (four cards each).

The aim is for every member of the team to end up with the same rectangle in front of them.

Rules

No one can talk or give non-verbal signals to other members of the group.
Each member of the group of four has four cards in front of them, visible to everybody.
Every individual has to have a rectangle in front of them for the task to be complete.
Each team member must have at least two cards in front of them at all times.
Team members can only give cards they cannot take cards from someone else.

Use an observer to check that the team obeys the rules and offer one of the hint cards if after a period of five minutes the team is not making any progress.
