If you are woriking in a KeyStage team, you might use rules like &amp;#39;KeyStage=KeyStage 1&amp;#39; instead. Look at my list 8091 in the list editor to see how to do this.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;the purpose of the list - put it in the list description&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;the intended audience - again, in the description (if selecting it from the combobox isn&amp;#39;t specific enough)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;where it might fit - describe this or put it into your own list hierarchy.&lt;/li&gt;
