This page will feature a new STEM picture every month, like NASA's astronomy picture of the day. In due course it would be great to have a picture of the week or even the day! So please send us your images for inclusion - doesn't matter if you're a teacher or a student, provided the picture is yours to submit for publication (so not taken from someone else's website and with permission if it isn't your photo or image) and it has a clear STEM focus.
Each term we will feature three exciting projects for STEM clubs at the top end of KS2 and at KS3. These will include teacher notes and additional links, and we hope to add reports from schools on how they got on with the experiments and activities.
Between September 2011 and June 2012 we developed stemNRICH and worked with teachers on three STEM Teacher Inspiration days. All materials from these days can be accessed by the above link. All materials will be linked directly into stemNRICH over the summer 2012 period. We are very grateful to all of the teachers involved in this aspect of the project.
