Aim: to reflect on, and debate, what makes for deep mathematical learning and the potential impact of a new curriculum.
Jennie will explore the Mathematical Needs of Learners using the ACME publication as a springboard and Lynne will unpack the potential impact of a new curriculum on learning and teaching in the classroom.
This symposium builds on sessions given to MaST graduates and students in Autumn 2012 at the NRICH Leading Learning days.
